Stockton and Scunthorpe MFI Manufacturing Plants
Following the globalisation of MFI supply routes the decision was taken to close both UK manufacturing facilities.
We worked very closely with the clients agent to determine the best asset recovery outcome at both sites to the benefit of the client.
The scope of our role included ;
Removal of manufacturing plant for recovery and re-sale.
Removal of redundant plant and processing same into ferrous and non ferrous recovery streams on site to maximise the efficient recovery of the latent asset value.
Strip out of all redundant ancillary fittings leaving the factory prepared for reoccupation by a future operator.
Making each site safe of completion of works for e.g. the covering of machine pits and ducting.
Cleaning of the site on completion prior to handover.
