SEAHAM PRINCESS ROAD PRIMARY SCHOOL,  PRINCESS ROAD, SEAHAM, COUNTY DURHAM  SR7 7SP

The project involved:

- Demolition of the traditionally constructed school adjacent the new built school.

- Careful planning to ensure protection of new school including traffic arrangements, retention of boundary walls, dust suppression.

- Site set up & security including designated walkways for operatives.

- Erection of roof edge protection system for salvage of slates utiliisng mobile crane.

- Soft strip

- Removal of licensed and non-licensed asbestos

- X2 45 tonne excavators were then used to demolish the building and tidy the site to the complete satisfaction of the client.

- All works completed by in house team

- Regular meetings with client and new school.

- All materials removed form site during restricted times for safety of nearby school children.
