Pinnacle Point, Ellesmere Port, Mersyeside
The 12,000m2 of industrial units were demolished to make way for a new development by the client. The roofs of the building were all asbestos cement which required careful removal and disposal by our trained operatives. The buildings were also demolished adjacent to the live canal so it was imperative we had suitable environmental controls in place to prevent any potential contamination from falling material as well as protecting plant operatives when working near the canal edge.
All of the steel structure was carefully demolished on site with the materials processed and removed from site for recycling.
