Neptune Yard, Wallsend
This site was closed in the early 1990’s and lay dormant for a number of years we were engaged to undertake the clearance of the site prior to it’s future redevelopment.
Works included but were not limited to
- Dismantling/ demolition of nine dockside cranes
- Demolition of a number of large fabrication sheds and recycling of over 9000 tonne of steel.
- Removal of both non - notifiable and notifiable asbestos materials from buildings and structures on the site
- Removal of oils and other hazardous materials
- Demolition of all buildings and above ground structures on the site
- Removal of tanks and vessels
