Project consisted of:

- Site set & security

- Soft strip

- Extensive asbestos removal throughout each block

- Demolition of all structures including chimney.

- Removal of unexpected 8ft x 8ft foundations

- Processing & removal of materials from site for recycling

- Over 95 % of building materials recycled

- Regular meetings with client & residents over works.
