Demolition of Newark Bridge

Project involved:

- Meeting with clients and structural engineers over project planning

- Enabling works during 24hour shift on Christmas day to allow construction of pads & skids.

- Erection of new bridge by client adjacent

- Dismantling and sliding out of old bridge whilst new bridge was put in place.

- Processing of all steel and removal from site.

- All works completed in 24 hours so main coastline could reopen.

- Regular blood lead monitoring for operatives.
