Coalescer Dismantling

The project consisted of the following:

- Project management including production of complex method statements and risk assessments.

- Removal of internal contaminants

- Removal of asbestos

- Atmospheric testing prior to flame cutting.

- Flame cutting under control of hot work permits with fire precautions in place.

- Worked programmed around live ship yard including control of traffic, noise, live adjacent area etc.

- Careful dismantling of structure using flame cutting and excavators

- Processing and removal of materials from site using our own heavy haulage division.
