Boldon School, New Road, Boldon, Tyne & Wear

Project consisted of:

- Site set up & security.

- Production of plans of work & environmental plans for each block

- Demolition of various blocks within the site including lifting of slabs & foundations.

- Protection of live services for duration of the works

- Asbestos removal including all loft spaces within the main block, AIB in CLASP buildings and over 200m of pipework insulation within the ducts.

- Removal of slates from our own scaffold access.

- Demolition of all blocks using x2 45 tonne excavators.

- All materials were removed from site using our own transport fleet for reprocessing at our local recycling centres.

- Over 95% of the building material were recycled at our own centres
