We have again built a successful relationship with this client over a number of years and successfully completed a variety of projects.
Works have included ;
- Demolition of a redundant tower crane – this crane redundant and standing unused for eight years was intrinsically unsafe. A controlled collapse was planned and designed by the O’Brien Management Team and implemented successfully to programme.
- Clock Tower Building – this building situated on the quay edge was surplus to operational requirements and identified for demolition ; careful planning was required taking into account the proximity of the quay. The building traditionally built in brick over two storeys was demolished without incident and to the satisfaction of the client.
In addition to demolition and dismantling services we have an ongoing contract to undertake recycling of all waste types on the site.
